💼 Multimedia Sales Representative

Type: Commission-Only Contract Role
Location: Del Mar, CA / Hybrid or Remote

Are you a natural connector with a talent for sealing the deal? We seek a results-driven Multimedia Sales Rep to grow our advertising partnerships across digital, print, and social platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, pitch, and close advertising deals with brands and agencies

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts

• Handle full sales cycle: outreach → contract → creative assets

• Track client metrics and maintain communications

• Stay ahead of trends in publishing and media buying

Ideal Candidate Has:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or media

• Confidence in cold calling, door-to-door selling, or virtual client meetings

• Familiarity with media platforms (primarily digital + social)

• An organized, self-starting personality with great people skills

• A polished, professional appearance

💰 Compensation:
Commission only – earn 25%–35% of gross on managed accounts

🎨 Freelance Graphic Designer

Rate: $25 per page
Workload: 84–152 pages/month
Location: Remote

We’re looking for a skilled, creative Senior Graphic Designer to help bring each FINE Health & Beauty Magazine issue to life. You’ll collaborate with writers, editors, and advertisers to design stunning, modern layouts that pop both in print and on digital screens.

Responsibilities:

• Design monthly magazine pages, ads, and promotional materials

• Create sleek editorial layouts and coordinate with the editorial team

• Work directly with advertisers on creative assets and timelines

• Prepare press-ready files for both print and digital

• Support our marketing and branding design needs

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have 5–7 years of magazine layout and graphic design experience

• Are an Adobe Creative Cloud pro (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Know how to work fast, stay organized, and hit tight deadlines

• Have a polished portfolio with editorial design samples

• Are a self-starter who communicates like a pro
